Yes, A confirmed tornado occurred in Northeastern Oklahoma County. It has been given a rating of an EF-0, which is the lowest rating you can give a tornado. It was on the ground for about a minute or less. Another unconfirmed tornado occurred near Apache:

Are tornadoes in December normal for the state? Not really. Oklahoma has only seen 24 confirmed since the records began. You can view the complete list here: Oklahoma December Tornado Stats
What does all this mean? Just because it is December doesn't mean you should let your guard down! Anytime you have the right pieces to the puzzle anything can happen! Yesterday was a good example! Don't think just because it is December does not mean tornadoes can't happen! It only takes one!
